Ambassadeur 7000 big "A"multiplier...

Here we have a nice early 73' model Ambassadeur 7000, the reel of champions that brought british casting heroes many records when used in conjuction with the mighty 484 zoom. Anyway this model has the earlier chrome reel foot rather than the later satin version and the reel foot number is 730600. In very good overall condition this big A model has had any blemishes touched to prevent any future problems with saltwater, chrome work is in great condition for age and the whole reel works exceptionally well, as you would expect from a piece of Swedish engineering such as these reels. Still a superb weapon on the beach and rock venues and a useful tool too on piers and boat trips. Over engineered in its day these 7000's really stand the test of time when cared for and maintained properly, hence this one is still useable today after 37 years.
